What’s this, and should that have a hose connected to it? This clicks, then ASD clicks, causing no start, no crank.

It’s not the issue for your no crank no start. The one hose goes to the intake manifold and the other goes to the egr valve directly behind it and down.
I figured it wasn't the reason, but I'm trying to stop all of these relays from being set off. The main reason is obviously the ASD relay, but I have no idea what is causing it. I have to look into the wiring for it to see where it leads. I know the fuel pump isn't coming on, and neither are the interior lights, door buzzer, etc. All of that could be related to the ASD or could be the cause... there's so much wrong with this car, and I am having to go through and revert everything to OEM just to figure it all out. I don't really know what my brother was doing when he owned it...

The relay is supposed to click when the ignition switch is rotated, and that is usually an indicator of functionality.

And although the EGR being disconnected wouldn't cause a no start issue, it could indeed cause a vacuum leak if the line was left hanging or the vacuum port left open.

Ok, well after a lot of other troubleshooting, I checked the starter, which was good. After reseating it, the car now cranks... I'm guessing it's wiring. I'm having a lot of trouble with electrical issues on this car, it seams. I have a whole bunch of other issues, but I'll make a separate post about them.
