What is this clutch?

I have searched the net abroad. Wondering if anyone would have a lead on locating some info on the disc I have. It reads:

DK made in Japan
Exedy Unity Clutch
MBD047U
Just noticed a "2K08" after whiping some grease off

Found it behind my pressure plate
Closest thing I can find is a european evo disc?

Thank you... It doesn't look like those, but darn good try.
I wish I could find a thickness guide. Im thinking of putting it back in but I dont know the amount of wear. It has a thickness of approx. .157" left on it. I dont know what it started with...
