I'm guessing what it's coming out of is the neutral switch, that only allows the car to turn on with the clutch pushed in..So what plug is this? It's right above the clutch pedal..Where does it go? I looked around..couldn't find anywhere it could plug into.

The white plug right in the middle...

Looks exactly like the one I unplugged in my car that enables me to start it without pushing in the clutch. Can you do that or not. If not it may be something for an option your car didn't come with.

That's the harness to the clutch switch. If your hands are the size of Michael Jackson's, you can reach up and barely touch the switch, but no one has ever seen one on an assembled car.
Unplug that, and drive like a man unfettered by governmental social engineering.

Nope. Clutch has to be in, in order to start it.

Hm so why not just cut the wires at the base, if the plug has no use??

If only you knew how many useless electrical wires are in our cars...
Honestly it looks like the clutch plug but if your saying it isn't then leave it unplugged and don't worry about it...

As I've been told before: If you unplug it and no big change happens... it wasn't needed.

It's not exactly better to take it off because mine is off and I know I have tried to reach in and start it more than once with it in gear and the parking brake on and I know that is very bad one the rearend and starter. I am planning on hooking it back up for the simple reason that it's just one more thing to go wrong when I somehow magically kick the plug, pull it off, strip the wires, and ground it to the body all at once and it won't start. With a DSM nothing is impossible.
