It's on the passenger side, kinda underneath the glovebox. The wires are AWG 14ish, one blue, the other is black with a white stripe. I can't seem to find where this connects to, and it's driving me crazy.

At first I thought it was blower motor power, but my car isn't starting, and the wire colors are making me think it's something tied to the ignition.

Sure does look a lot like a blower motor connector. Can you at least see if the blower motor is connected?
I can't even find a place to plug this in. I'm completely clueless. TBH, I was hoping it was something to do with the ignition, since I'm not getting a signal to my starter signal wire. So I guess the better question would be:

Can anyone tell me where the signal wire from the starter goes? I don't have access to the FSM atm, or I would try to chase it myself.
