i have a 90 laser with a good windsheild and a 90 talon with a busted one. What is the best way to get the windsheild out without breaking it

Oh the things you can find using google nowadays!
You can always have it done by a professional, if you already have the windshield it shouldn't cost an arm.
If you do it yourself I suggest you remove the damaged windshield first so you know how to do it and don't damage the good one. Hope this helps.
Quick note; you may want to change your avatar as it should include a picture representing your DSM, if you don't have a DSM, it has to represent a picture of the car you actually drive. Just a heads up.
