Looking for a low profile, but I need some weight too. Ill be cutting about 1"-1½" off my shifter when I take it out to replace the shifter bushings. So I need something low and some weight to it if possible. My choices are down to these:

Stock 2G shirft knob:

This Razo knob (dont really care for the syling, but its REAL heavy):

This Razo knob (like it better, but its not as heavy):

Or the GReddy knob (prolly my fav., but I know its not very heavy):

Your opinions???

I got a greddy after my stock 2G Knob's stiching wore out and was falling apart.

It gets REALLY cold in the winter.

Yeah, I had the grex one too and i got rid of it after a month, was too cold when i first got in my car. It sat real low on the shifter, and i like that. I'm more about the comfort side so i would go with the 2g stocker.

Does anyone by chance have this GReddy "Counterweight"(weighted) knob? It says its black chrome, and I like that, but I wanna know if it looks like the traditional GReddy knob posted above? If it does, Imma get it for sure. Any pics???

PS I already tried checking GReddy.com, no pics :(

Just found a pick, I dont like it:

Either that or the #3) Razo knob I posted. Which one from the 2 in your opinions (looks like majority has GReddy already ruled)?

I have the the Razo 300g carbon fiber on in the 2nd pic. What a difference! My shifter is also shortened plus I have the Symborski shift kit. I used to have the MOMO Alum/CF one, GARBAGE! The 3300g RAzo is really good, you WILL feel a difference in shifting. This is on my 95 AWD. (BTW, do not get ripped off on this shifter by going thru MACH V, PM me and I will tell you where I purchased mine)

FWIW, I also have the red Greddy one in your pic on my 90 GST. It is very nice for the price. (RRE has a decent price on them). RAzo is better, but can't really beat the Greddy for the price/style/function.

Peace

Does the Greddy one from RRE just screw right onto a 1g? I don't like messing with those dang sleeves and little screws. Jake
