What is the best shift knob

yup i just finally replaced my 2g shift knob (at least thats what i think it was) and it was pretty light, nice leather and short throw.

I just put this one in
OEM Heavy Leather Shift Knob
Its a little taller, a lot heavier, and it feels like it shifts a lot better than the 2g for some reason. Looks great in a 1g and its a pretty good height. Not too expensive either.

I've tried several different type of shift knobs, but I always go back with the stock 2g leather.

When it's not leather it gets slippery, and way too hot when parked outside on hot days.

The only shift knob I know i will switch to and actually keep would be from the EVOs.

i actually like the 2g shift know myself. i tried my friends skunk2 knob on my car for fun and it actually fit. that knob is a counterweight knob too and is the same design as the type r knobs on ebay for honda's but was a gunmetal gray color. my friend had one of those type r knobs off of ebay and it was weighted as well. the weighted knob felt nice for crisper throws 'with a short throw shifter' but i just like the look and feel of the 2g shifter in my hand. now if there was a weighted 2g knob, that would be nice and super functional as well.
