As long as you stick with stock boost pressures, about around 10 psi you shouldn't have to worry when you put the 16g on. BUT it's a good idea to KNOW what's going on inside the engine, preferably a wideband and a logger so you know if there's any detonation and so you know what your af/r's are so you know if you're running too lean. All the mods you listed are what you need when you want to turn up the boost, before you turn up the boost please please upgrade everything and have a way to log the stuff so you know what's going on. Have fun

EDIT: I also noticed that you don't have a boost gauge just yet, I would get one before I installed the 16g, as they have been known to have creep issues, don't want to install it and think you're running 10 psi and end up creeping to 16 psi. It would also be a good idea to rewire your stock fuel pump since you don't have a walbro 190 or 255 yet, and with the 255 you'll want to get an AFPR

hes running an 02 dump so he wont need to worry about creep.

Yes you can just throw the 16g on now if you really want, just keep the boost relatively low for now 11-12psi, and get a boost gauge for sure. You got the supporting mod list right though, thats what you would need to start hitting 20+psi with it if you wanted.
