What head is this?

Can anyone tell me if this is a 4G63 or a 4G61 head by looking at the pictures? I know they are huge, i figured it would be best to see as much as possible

Sorry about the size, and thanks! That helps me a lot, I might be buying a 4G63 that shot a timing belt, and it needs a new head, this so I can throw this head on it :laugh:

those are defently 90-94 4g63 heads. i really cant tell exactly what year, but on a more important note..... who the hell is ED??

you are aware that 1g, 2g turbo, non-turbo 2.0 are all interchangeable right? dont pay $$$ for a turbo head, when you can get a non turbo 2.0 for $100 from a salvage yard.

!! I dont know who ED is. Came like that. And that is the head on my car right now. I have a 4G61 block (everything is like I bought it) and i blew the head gasket. I dont feel like spending the money replacing this, so I might buy my friends 4G63 and put my head on it, so I will not only have more HP, but i will have a starting point for mods, i just hope the pistons arent shot.

i thought a 4g61 was a destroked 4g63 so how could you tell from these pics? and anyway i think the heads would be the same, maybe different cams though.
