Hi, can anyone please tell me, what else I would need?

I've odered the evoIII Turbopackage 4 from forced performance, a 16G J-pipe, FP aluminium Intake Pipe, FP 2500lb sprung organic Clutch Kit, EVOIII mainfold, 650cc and everything ported.

http://linux.forcedperformance.net/...oduct_Code=NTDSMEVO3P4&Category_Code=DSM-TPkg

also I ordered the 10.5" Intercooler kit from extremeintercoolers.com

What would you reccomed too to run that Turbo to 300 - 320 whp?

Thanks a lot

a logger
afpr
dyno tune
something to control those 650

I'm sure people will add more those are in no particular order

your gonna want to have a larger fuel pump for the injectors like a 255 for that size. DSMlink or an Apexi SAFC to tune the injectors. The 650's and a good tune with that turbo will take you to 300+ HP easily.

Email FP and ask them how they port the turbine inlet. From the picture at that site, it looks like they don't contour the wastegate inlet. It looks like they widen the WG flapper hole with a reamer or endmill and then widen the turbine inlet to the 7cm gasket, but if there are sharp corners for the exhaust to go around to get from the inlet into the wastegate passage, you probably want to smooth that out. Keep in mind that at full boost, the wastegate is constantly open a bit, so exhaust is being split between the turbine wheel and wastegate, so the flow in that configuration should be smooth or you'll get increased backpressure in the turbine/mani. Your profile says you have a 3" turboback, so you may have creep problems without a good turbine housing wastegate inlet port. See this link for more info about the evo3 creep issue.

Also, that intercooler doesn't look like a very good design. You should get endtanks on the top and bottom to increase flow/decrease pressure loss (if compressed air goes down from top to bottom, it has a much wider passage which improves flow). The endtank design looks inefficient, too. Do you know if the inlet endtank has baffles? If not, most of the air will flow through the middle of the core and not so much through the top and bottom, and you'll see lowered efficiency and higher pressure drop.
