what does it feel like when you overrun you maf???

Are you implying fuel cut? Fuel cut is when you max out the capabilities of the injectors. Normally it's like a really sudden jerk, and generally speaking it tends to be a pretty hard one as well. Then the car will probably return to running normal again.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by over running your MAF?

On my 1g, the only way I knew I was overrunning the maf was by looking at the logger. I couldn't feel a difference. Sometimes it would fuel cut before overrunning, but most of the time, I could only tell by seeing the huge knock increase as the injector pulsewidth spiked down. If you have a SAFC, you can log the sensor Hz output and look for large dips to verify if the maf is actually being overrun.

Injectors being overrun, I'm assuming you mean greater than 100% duty cycle? The only way to know for sure is to log injector duty cycle, or log injector pulsewidth and rpm to calculate the inj duty cycle.

Either way, both conditions could cause a potentially serious lean condition that could blow the engine. Hope this helps.
