what do i need to replace to fix this?

slid into a curb in my 96 eclipse rs. the only thing that hit the curb was the back passenger side wheel,which is now facing inwards at the angle i hit the curb, along with the rim being bent. the rim i could care less about, but my knowledge as far as suspension goes is minimal. what did i break/bend?

Probably going to need a subframe and atleast one control arm to get it back to normal.

Ouch. Junkyard the best bet? Or is there anywhere online I can look?

Probably a junk yard or local craigslist being that it will cost a lot to ship.

you need the trailing arm and a subframe.. trailing arm you can order online they are not expensive but the subframe like the previous post said will need a craigslist ad or junkyard.. make sure you torque everything to spec and get an alignment when you are done

That really screwed it up. My list would be rear subframe, trailing arm, control arm all the bolts and nuts, and the sway bar tie.
I looked it up just because and was surprised the rear subframe is less than $200. MitsubishiParts.com :: Original parts for your Mitsubishi

All of the above.. Best bet would be junkyard or finding a parts car off craigslist in your area.

Think its worth changing over to disc brakes while I'm down there? I'm kinda worried I may have messed up the actual wheel hub too but won't know for sure til I replace the other obvious stuff.

Its too bad I chucked all my stuff when I upgraded my brakes. My thought on it was its the fwd brakes......everyone wants the awd upgrade. You should be able to get all the stuff on here from members upgrading their brakes or a junk yard. Should be fairly cheap upgrade and you may have to replace something on your brakes anyways.

Ouch I think the guys above me covered everything, make sure to get an alignment. I also bet the wheel hub is bad now might as well change that while you are in their.

I agree, now is the time to use the excuse "It's broken now so it is time to upgrade".....

Check out junkyards and see if you can find anything just to avoid shipping costs, but if not then I'm sure you can find the parts here. GL!

found a replacement subframe on ebay for 50 shipped and a trailing arm for 20 shipped. looking into other parts now
