I first noticed it was so high because I failed the emission test here. My fuel is at 80psi. I can adjust it down to 60psi with my afpr, it is a full throttle speed one from years ago if it matters, with the screw all the way out. I took the fuel return line off and put a hose running to a bucket to see if it the return line was clogged, it didn't make a difference. I get 17 pound of vaccum on my boost gauge in park. I haven't done a blt.

I have found in some of the paperwork that came with the car that a walbro 255 is in it, but I haven't confirmed it. I do not have a wideband yet. I have a scanmaster3 and somehow can get some kind of o2 reading from it, but I don't know what it means. I also don't know if the maft is set up right, but it passed emissions last year with the same set up. I car sounds fine when it is
running and doesn't idel bad.

Thanks for any ideas on helping me figure out what can cause this or what is wrong.

Either your FPR is not adjusted correctly or it's bad. No matter the pressure coming out of the pump the FPR should regulate it. You eliminated a clogged return line as a potential fault, wich would have been my first guess.

I figured I would give an update since I finally got the chance to fix this. The gauge was trashed.
Thanks for the help
