What color to paint my car? [Merged 4-8]

I am about to paint my 2nd gen 95 gst. right now it is lime green and really shitty lookin so i want to do some major color change
I was thinking maybe magenta. I want an eye catching color...
any ideas?

From 350z and contains pearl.

My brother just bought this car, and the previous owner said it is the orange of the new 4g Eclipse. Looks pretty nice how it was set up.

I was at the car show the other day and saw a blue car that I really liked. Its just a few shades darker than the subaru world rally blue.

I live in a little town with lots of cops.. im guessing im gonna get pulled over no matter what color . i still think im gonna do the magenta. or the 350z yellow. i will put up before and after pics up it should hopefully be done by the end of next month? im hoping

I like the rare 95-96 Durango Copper Pearl Metallic Color(mitsubishi), thats what I'm going with.

ok so that time has come and i am going to repaint my car. and i was wondering what everyone opinion is. so here are my choices

1. repaint the car with stock paint scheme, but go to a darker red color.
2.paint the car as stated above but with a flat black hood
3. paint the car as described in 1, however pain the car black as to cover the whole hood and headlights.

for all of the options i am going to paint or powder coat my rims black.

what do you think? my car is pictured in my avatar and is currently red and black with white 17" konig 6 spoke rims.

It would be nice if you provided a larger picture then the avatar to help us decide. I would say no on option 2, never been a fan of faking the cf look.

I think you should just stay with the color you got now and just paint your rims black with a chrome lip. That's what I'm going to do to mine. I think it'll look really good.

Meh, chrome lips are really over played. Especially on a 1g with a black roof, all black rims are the only way to go.
