ok, this is a friends car! this is a retarted?, but his is getting this setup.
what should he be able to run ( reasonable guess) at the crank with this setup!?

I know this is retarted, but he was kinda worried about his engine being pushed to hard- it has 70K, I dont think this would be anywhere near to much for it to take- but I beleive the most a 4g63t really should be allowed is 450hp on stock internals?
What could/ should he be making?
 
I'm not tech minded enough to know what he should be making horsepower-wise, but I've heard tell that stock internals are good for between 400 to 450 HP from DSMotorsport.com. Personally I would lean closer to 400 HP to be on the safe side. Just remember: the more strain you put on factory parts, the quicker they wear out.
