What bolt/clips do I use

I took this body panel off and I can't figure out which bolt and clips are used. Any input would be great thanks!

Try the clips that hold the door panels on, if you have spares. And normal panel screws may work out for the bottom portion.

what about the hole in the wheel well?

yah it is I took out the fender lining tho, so I think I need to be more innovative.....

if you are trying to make it look a little better rather then a screw you can try one of the parts stores and find of the push lock body clips that might fit the whole
