what scanner do i use

I have a 1992 eagle talon and it wont start and i need to check to see if i am getting any crank signals what scanner will work for my (pos)?

What have you ruled out already? Are not getting spark?

So far i have checked all fuses tried a different coil i have cleaned all the plugs and connectors and my timing is dead on i bought the car not running for 300 with a blown headgasket and i have replaced all that and checked the compression and everything mechanically is nice and strong it but now it turns over but no fuel or spark? any ideas im starting to think cas

Did you ever remove the CAS? It could possibly be 180* out. Also you can check the pulsating of the injectors with a set of noid light or multimeter. Have you also checked the ignition transistor on the side of the intake manifold?

if my cas was off 180* would that cause no spark or would it just get spark at the wrong time and also would the ignition transistor cause no fuel or spark?

You would get spark just not at the correct time. if the transistor is bad you will get no spark. The fuel issue is related to something else,but you should make sure your injectors are firing first because its pretty easy to diagnose. I believe a kragen or a autozone will rent you a set of noid lights if you dont have a multimeter.
