What are these numbers?

I have a hold of some cams but i cant tell what they are. They dont have any of the letters or markings described in this thread. I searched other threads too. markings are as follows

Intake: R5, 09 (flip side) 09, 08

Exhaust: R5, 09 (flip side) 25, 08

The casting is much cleaner than my other stock cams. These are the only numbers on them. Do they mean anything to anyone? Thanks
