just wondering if there are some easy cheap or free mods to make my 1990 eagle talon look a bit sportier in the Interior/Exterior

well before oyu get flamed .. there realy isn't much other than lower the car or slam it , throw some nice rims on it and a good paintjob. Beware... others will call you a ricer for wanting your car to look sporty on here LOL

Probably the cheapest mod to make your car look "sportier" is to lower it. Megan has springs for a 1g for $100.

Next to a body kit, :barf: rims and paint are the only other options really.

look who gots a high rise spoiler looks ricey to me

Two people in here can cut the shit.

Dunno how you feel about "sleepy eyes", OP...but it's free. Beyond that, little things like painting the faded wiper cowl make a difference.

yea i like the sleepy eye look and yea i will paint the wiper cowl thanks :thumb:

Damn, two people with malfunctioning SHIFT keys...what are the odds?

:hint:

I do have a ricey spoiler . And bodykit skirts and I have a bomex front bumper ( free since my oem one broke and I didn't have anywhere to fix it at the time nor did I have the time ) But it's ok :p I like being called a ricer now because once winter breaks i'm finally going to drop my injectors and turbo in ( provided I save the right money ) already bored .20 forged internals greddy fmic greddy full exhaust ,eprom ecu ,getting a GM maf because I'm not looking for HUGE speed .type s bov , probably switching it our for hks or tial.

Lower it, tint the windows, paint the wiper cowl as mentioned, and look into a set of rims or you can paint them. I did the sleep eyes on my 1g for a while and I liked it but my headlights back to functioning stock now. A FMIC is a performance mod but it also helps with exterior looks.

The front of the frame behind your bumber, i painted that black and it looks pretty good. Another thing is a wire tuck. Painted rims. I replaced all non-working switches or bulbs, or cracked peices in my interior. One thing i really like is the sleeper look, i got a towel and drenched it with Goo-Gone, i took off all the stickers and emblems, i think is looks great like that. One of my buddies took out his antenna and filled it with Bondo for the flush Spoiler look.

All of these are relitivley cheap. I know you asked for free but its close.

Good Luck, post pics of any mods you do, aloot of people would be interested to see your progress and maybe give you some pointers.

Like what was said before, tint your windows, lower the car, paint faded pieces, buy 17x8 rims with low profile tires.
For the interior you could buy some guages, redo the headliner in a interesting (but clean) fabric (mine is black Felt).

Sweet nobody cares Brian Earl Spilner.

To the OP the best thing you can do it just clean up anything that is fading or chipping like stated above and also give it a real good detail.

Geez, the testosterone levels in here are choking me. Calm down boys, no need to flex on a forum :p

To the OP.... another thing you could do (kind of goes along with the whole 'detail' thing) is go find you a really nice bottle of wax, and buff the hell out of that monkey. Bring the DSM back to life! Unless of course your paint is super faded, chipping, cracked, whatever. Wash and wax that puppy and see what a difference it makes. If it takes real good, it'll look like a new car :) A lot of the auto parts stores sell wheel paint if you want to clean up your wheels too. Maybe paint the calipers? Or something?

In the end... it's your car. YOU do what YOU want to it. People can say anything they want, but in the end, it's really up to you. :)
