2G Well. New guy. New Car. Long time lurker. Come on in!

I wont bore you with all the cars I have owned and all the experience I have...because something tells me this car is a whole different world.

Ive come here in the past when my buddy Ed had a 2g GSX he toyed with.

Im getting, delivered today hopefully a 2G 98 GST. Car does not run. Car has a clean title and no rust, nice tan leather interior.

Car has some sort of intake, a synapse BOV recirculating, some sort of dp, some sort of larger turbo (maybe a 16g?), etc....

Car has a 1g head swap and wont run, the guy says it has great compression but wont fire. So I WILL be posting up for help on that.

Head recently redone and looks mint compared to the rest of the car. Pics to come. Hopefully today or tomorrow.

Just make sure you have a good profile for everyone to look at, all the people (well 99%) are very helpful to those who don't mind trying to help themselves also. This is a whole new ball game, I am an old time SBC guy that now is toying with these monsters too, still a "noob" really tho. If you ask, someone will try to help. WELCOME!

If it has good compression, this should be an easy fix!

PO said it did. I dont have any reason to no believe him...putting it back together first and will check before I try to fire it off.

Did the car stop running because of the head swap or was it down for something else and then also get the swap?
