So my engine is being built as we speak, and I am getting hella excited to drop It in my talon. She's been sitting for a while now and I am shooting for at least 300hp daily driver on the set up ill be on or until I upgrade my turbo. Here's what I will be running haven't had time to update anything been working a lot lately. If there's any opinions or concerns about what I m gonna have let me know I'm open to any options that will be great but I'm confident with what I chose because its nothing too serious for me and identical to my last build, but here's the list...

I'm hoping I get my hands on ECMlink for christmas which shouldn't be to hard to do. That's my set up until this coming summer. I want to learn how to tune first befre I upgrade anymore parts because I'm shooting for reliability with decent kick. The 510s I won't run til I get ecmlink so I'm sticking to the 450s for the break in or til I get everything I need to run bigger injectors, turbo, etc... so yea I'll post some pics later today when I get a chance on wht I have done so far. Ill be sure to keep updating.

You had the block and head surfaces machined properly to a mirror shine and smoothness to use the MLS gasket right? A fingernail should not drag on the surfaces.

For 300hp stock bottom end and felpro composite will be more than capable.

Yessir they are being resurfaced to. I know for 300hp I don't need built internals but was time for a rebuild and I wanted to have a engine ready for future upgrades.
