Accually one thing I wanted to say, Mr. Eagle sir, I'll give you respect when a stock GSX can get into the 8's as well. Lets look at your situation shall we.

You've got an AWD ancient motor correct? Good, now any idiot can get a decent 60-foot and time in the 8th. Let's stop bsing about the 8th though, what do you run in the 1/4? That's where it really matters anyways. So what is it? Where is your superior AWD? Check the times page I'm up there.

I know you are mad because you invested your money in what "I" would call an ancient designed motor. Why do I say that, because other than making it a 7blot the motor hasn't changed drematically from 89-99 in DSM's. Not to mention that HUGE design flaw that makes them walk. Murphey's law states that they will walk after a minimum of 2k in mods. So who's really the sucker now? I'm not saying all of them, or for that matter a majority of them, but you can't deny that they won't.

Alright I'll leave you alone for now, but I have some words for you to remember me by, don't forget them either....

I have to say crankwalk is the weakest point to make when it comes to comparing the two motors. Crankwalk is not as common as people think. In the hundreds of DSMs I have seen here in STL I have seen 3 actually walk. Not to say it cant happen but its not as common as everyone acts like. The 4G motor still exists to this day and other than a few design modifications is still one of the best 4cyl out there. The evo VIII uses a "evolved" 4G motor and I would say its safe to say 8s are not a problem for it. But lets not act like anyone can get in the 8's and especially with a 420a Actually at this point it really has little to do with the motors and more to do with traction. So I would say that you are wrong there. You can have all the power in the world, but if you cant hook up then it does you no good. I am running into that problem now because I can't get below 8.9 at the track when I know my setup is capable of better. I don't blame the motor though, I blame the driver. I think legal is basing his findings more on statistics than anything. It is really hard to find 13 second 420as and even hard to find 8s 1/8 mile ones. I see you have done it 98turbo420a and I aplaude you, but you cant tell me that it did not take time and work to get there.

The 4g's are a proven power plant, why would mitsu go and mess that up. This was not about 4g vs. 420, you are making it that way. All I simply stated was that I would like to see a slip of a 9.8 run from a nt that has barely any mod's. WTF is the big deal. Why does this always have to be about who has the better engine?? If the 420 was so great then they would have used that for the turbo engine instead of the 4g. But they didnt, so shut your hole and show me some slips. Rich, It was a year contract for the domain name, not the webhosting service.

Talk? Talk to who Joe? I don't own the website. I wont have to talk to anyone. The end all person who is liable for anything on the website is the person who is the domain name holder.

Actually the person that would be responsible would be the webmaster for using the software that was pirated, Not the domain name holder. Just cause someone owns the domain does not make them liable for the site which resides on that domain.
