I recently turbo'd my car, but havent boosted at all due to a wastegate problem. I now have smoke coming from around my timing belt and all around that area it seems. I'm not sure wether to call the smoke white or blueish. Its smoking a lot yet its not coming out of the tailpipe. I havent seen any oil in my fluid resevoir. I havent had a chance to do a compression test recently but does anybody have any ideas? I recently also had to replace my radiator b/c of a hole that leaked all my fluid out. It overheated quite a bit so could that have blown my waterpump causing it to smoke? TIA

get yourself a chance to do a compression test...start from there :thumb:

Well, we know this is a problem we're working on somewhere else at the same time and have determined that it's likely the cam seals, but that the cooling system should be topped off to be sure. A compression test has also been suggested.
