I have seen these style intercooler pipe clamps in the past and I was wondering if any of you knew who makes them. They are the purple ones in the pictures. Can't miss them.

Those look like Adel Wiggins clamps. They are expensive but provide a leak proof seal and make it easy to couple/uncouple the pipes. There are also some knock off ones that you can find on ebay but obviously the quality will not be as good.

This is one of those things where if you have to ask, you don't need them.

Shep doesn't even use them. Do note the bars connecting the two pipes, that prevents the pipes from coming loose. Depending on your clamps, somewhere above 30psi is when the bars become required, and beyond that I'm not sure when a wiggins or v-band is necessary.
