When I step on the gas or just tap it it seems to have a slight hesitation..Its been doing this since I got the car. At first I though is was because I was venting but after going back to a proper recirculated bov it still does it...What could this be?

It could be a lot of things. Intake leak, boost leak, over richness (especially laggy towards boost onset), maf signals not reading correctly.. the list is long :)

The leaks you can check for with a few dollars and some DIY kits (compression, leakdown etc). You can check the plugs to see what your mix is looking like too.

Well I do need an intake gasket but I don't think that's it..I think it may be ### im running a walbro 255 with 550s with no afpr. I think im running rich at idle but my trims are close to 100%.

Check the coil too, it turned out to be my problem.

Coil I was under the impression that if a coil goes it goes..I want a msd coil were can I get one for a good price...I checked their site but I cant navigate it..LOL
