weird starting problem

It started a few days ago, so hear me out ill try to make it as easy to understand as possible. On cold start, the engine would normally rev to about 1200 rpm and slowly go down, to warm the car up

But now when started to goes to 1200rpm for a second and drops right to about 750rpm and says there, thats where it would normally idle while its warm. Its not really changing the performance of my car but its just something that is bothering me.

Any ideas would be really helpful.

You always could open up your Base Idle screw a tad. I think our generation has a BISS screw.

The car idles fine when its warm, but on the cold start it should idle higher to warm the car up faster, but it has stopped doing that.
