Weird Spool Time on GT35R and Stroker 2.3L

First let me begin with my setup:

- AEM EMS
- HKS 272 Intake/Exhaust
- GT35R A/R 0.82
- Stroker Kit 2.3L
- 1mm Oversize Valves Intake/Exhaust
- 3" Pipe
- COP
- Running on Ethanol
- All supporting mods


I hit the Dyno and pretty much everything is in order, I run with 20psi 500whp (Still waiting for my trainny) as expected. However when I check my log I realize that at 5000 RPM and only got 10psi, and I only see 20psi at 6000 RPM.

When I was searching for this part I was told that I was going to expect 33psi at 4800 RPM, so something is really wrong.

Does anyone have any clue how can this is happening? Some ideas?
I have checked pretty much everything, but maybe someone with more experience can lead me to the right path.

Since this car is for street use, I'm not having too much fun with the daily driven.

Im assuming that you have already checked for any major boost leaks that could cause you not to boost until 5000 RPM's?

In fact I did, not with a compressor, but I did.

But I'm right to expect an earlier spool?

The only way to REALLY check for boost leaks is with a compressor...

But yes you should be spooling sooner, check for exhaust leaks before the turbo also.

PS Don't bump your own threads.

If you can't boost leak test to the amount you're gonna boost at, then you won't be able to detect boostleaks if you have them.
