Ok, so there is a metal on metal grinding sound, when i turn the steering wheel slowly. i was driving around yesterday and it was so loud and constant with everytime i turned my steering wheel, i could hear it over my audio system and feel it a little bit in the wheels and pedals. I put a little power steering fluid in because it seemed to be full so i just topped it off. My problem is similar to this guys ~~>http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/172101-weird-nocking-sound-front-suspension.html. When i first got the car my mechanic said something about tie rods and they will eventually need to be replaced, im not sure if it is but im not using that mechanic nemore and doing it all myself. Any suggestions? Maybe if someone knew how to grease everything in the front end up mainly the tie rod ends or whatever i would appreciate a little info on that, Thanks.

I would first check your wheel bearings jack the car up grab the tip and bottom of the tire and pull out on the top push in on the bottom then do that in reverse out on the bottom in on the top if you can move the tire like that its probably a wheel bearing but along with that id check to be sure that didnt mess the arm up and also check the cv shaft.

since this is here I get a scraping sound when my wheels are fully turned, but only at that.
