Weird problems

Yesterday at work it was kind of rainy, and I had to move my car, and when I did it made this sound that sounded like a really loud fuel pump, kind of an electronic sound hard to explain. It stopped after a minute of driving. BUT it was coming form the engine bay it sounds like.

MY abs made the same kind of noise once. Sounded like a fuel pump. Only happened 1 time? Did it cause any problems?

idk but my brakes are scratching

sounds like you may have a problem with your relay. I had to replace mine and havn't had a problem since.
