Ok, so after putting on a Injen intake pipe and 1g throttle body(ported intake mani too) my car wont hold a steady boost.
Say I'm driving down the road and boost to say 5 lbs it will hold it for maybe ten seconds then the BOV(Greddy Type S) will open and I lose it all. I have to let off and give it gas again to start going. If I stay in the gas the BOV will flutter like, just open and close fast.
Is this a type of surge? Or is it something else?
I also have boost creep which leads into fuel cut. But I'm not sure if this matters since I am not in that high of RPM's when this happens like when the creep starts.
I really need to figure this out, car is getting dyno tuned next week.
I checked for boost leaks and found none except for a tiny one out of the TB seals.

Ok so I checked the vac line from the BOV and did a boost leak test and found nothing. I stiffened the spring on the BOV and the problem is still there.
Could this be a boost controller related issue. I have noticed lately that my controller does not leak when doing a leak test, the first couple of times it would leak a little air out of the hole on the side of it(which I think most do) but lately it does not, could the hole be clogged or controller going bad cause this problem?

EDIT: What I think makes this problem weird is that the car will hold 18lbs(full boost) all day, it will hold full boost until I have to shift, but it won't hold anything less than that or at least won't hold anything less than full throttle.

my car is having the same problem.
it bogs under partial throttle boost, i cant seem to figure it out,

but the next thing im doing is getting new plugs,

how are your plugs/wires/ coil pack.?

do you have anything to data log with?

to test the wires you can get a water bottle and get them wet while the car is running, if the car stutters you need new wires.
also if the wires are cracked or glazed it would probably be a good idea.
