weird boost problem

i was running 15lbs on 14b, intake, exhaust, fuel pump rewire just fine, boosting fine, then today, soon as it hit 15 it stoped and droped to 10 and wouldn't really go at wot... but if i give it 60 percent throttle and hold it at around 12, it will pull and stay just fine.. i turned it back down to around 10-12 psi and floor it and its alot better, but it spikes to 15 and cuts out agin for a sec.. i read that having my mbc running off the T on the bov line to manifold could cause this like a boost leak? at idle im pulling around -15hg and on decel like -20 for vacume... so either fuel pump going, boost leak which i dont think there is one, or idk

it sounds like my turbo is making a weird noise in boost and there is some shaft play and its blowin out blueish smoke out the back now, so turbo done for? i did mess around with the boost controller and got it to hold boost, but now its not makin power agin

thanks for the help people... well my turbo is done for now, soo much shaft play it hits the sides and burnin oil. lost 2 quarts!...anyways, gettin a evo 8 turbo and evo manifold now
