Ok on Saturday i was driving home and all of a sudden my turbo started to boosting strange. One minute it went from a normal 16G (full boost a lil after 3,000RPM's) to spooling 6psi at 5500RPM's maxing out at 9psi. There is no boost leak because you would hear something this major. I took off the actuator arm and jiggled the flapper door... same as before. I bypassed the EBC and went from actuator to jpipe pressure source... nothing I took off the intake turbo spins freely with BARELY any shaft play. The car drives fine it just feels N/A and my Vac is the same as always 15-17....i am completely stumped any ideas

you don't always hear a boost leak. vacuum is at idle, so it wouldn't change because your not making boost.

Depends on how bad the leak is. Correct. But if it's only leaking during boost then it may or may not affect vacuum at idle. There will be noticably more lag. Anyway.
Make sure your wastegate is sealing completely and make sure you don't have any boost leaks.
