Weird Problem Please Help

Ok, heres the deal. My friend and I were working on my car. We had a logger plugged in kicking the fuel pump on and maybe pushed the button too many times, the relay kept kicking on and off . Before the car would crank over like normal and everything worked. Then for no reason the door ajar buzzer just kicked on and stays on, no matter which way the key is turned. Also, the windows won't work anymore, and the car won't crank anymore. I've checked fuses and pulled the ecu. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it.

You have to actually test the fuse not just look at it, trust me. I looked at all my fuses and they all looked fine, and then when I tested them 7 were blown!

I guess I'll buy a tester. Wouldn't hurt. If anyone else can help me out please feel free.

Next time I come down I'll bring my old ecu so you can test it and if it fries it, I don't care. I just don't want to kill my EPROM.

Ok, I tested all the fuses with a tester. They're all fine. I also noticed today that nothing works like it should. Turn the key all the way on and close the door the seatbelt should come back it doesn't. Maybe the ignition lock cylinder is messed up? If anyone has any helpful info please let me know. I've haven't driven this thing in over a year and am starting to get fed up with it.

Mr. Snatch and I have checked the battery, fuses, ecu, and now the lock cylinder, and still nothing has changed. I'm about out of ideas...

Have you tried a different ECU? You did not disturb a ground anywhere did you? I once had a car that I could turn the headlights on/off the wipers on/off and other items just by touching the ground to a source and removing the ground from the source.... that car had a body controller and OBD-II but still, a loose ground can cause time-consuming problems.
