Weird problem, dont know whats the problem

Okay I had a problem with my old tranny, I swapped it in for a jdm tranny with 30k miles. When I was doing the swap I also changed the clutch to a replacement exedy clutch. I dont know what I did wrong but it wont go into gear at all. When I turn the car off and put it into 1st, it starts to move, and sometimes I cant even pull it out of 1st. I dont know what this problem sounds like but please any help me. I also did a tranny flush.

sounds like you only need to adjust your clutch pedal. can you put it in gears when the car is off? did you ad a washer to the pivot ball?
