First thing is the weird leaking noise. inside my car when its on i hear a some kind of leaking noise coming from under the steering wheel i figured out where it was coming from the brake if i release the brake peddle i hear it if i press on the brake peddle the leakin noise goes away is this normal?

Second thing is i bought a 20g turbo and drove 2 miles down the road and the freaking turbo came apart the clip ring wasnt seated rite only damage was a few of the blades bent a lil bit nothing major put it back together spins fine and no shaft play. at low rpms and at low boost the turbo makes this howling like noise as the boost raises it goes spools up just fine any clue what that howling like noise is?

i think the wierd flowing/leaking noise you might be hearing is your coolant flow, i can hear mine sometimes too.
the "howling" your referring to is probably caused by the bent compressor wheel blades.
