Turbo Problems (weird noise)

Ok i just took my car to a track yeasturday and after i was driving back home i noticed that my turbo makes a wier noice between 2,000-3,000 rpms when is starts winding up. Its only about 5.5k miles on the turbo ever since i change it. its not smoking or anything just making a wierd noice when its starts to wind up. Some one plz help dunno if i should worry or act like nothing happend?

one thing forgot to mention is that it starts to wind like a electric blower when u just turn it on and it makes that noice.
