I'm having trouble with my PTE 1000cc injectors I just received. I have good orings and all the injectors seal perfectly except for the one closest to the timing belt. I've switched around the injectors and still only that port leaks. I've also tired installing the fuel rail multiple times and sometimes the leak's big sometimes it's smaller. What could I use to make the seal better or is the a good trick to installing injectors?

Do you have the lower injector seals? Where is it leaking from? The o-ring where the injector goes into the rail or where it goes into the head?

I am having a similar issue, I lost one of my lower injector seals so I am waiting on new ones to ship.

I am thinking a very small amount of red rtv silicone formagasket around the inside and outside of the injector will create a better seal. Remember with with RTV Silicone, use the least amount you can get away with.

Ok I just put some RTV on there and waiting for it to set a little bit then I'm going to try it out again. I hope that it's nothing to serious. But like I said everything looks perfectly fine.
