Cracked Fuel Injector Pintle Cap-Boost Leak?

I did a boost leak test the other day and noticed that I have a boost leak coming from one of my injector insulators. Upon pulling the fuel rail up I noticed the the plastic cap had two cracks in it. I would assume this be the cause of the boost leak allowing air to push into the cracks and out the insulator. Just wanted to confirm this first. Thanks!

Yes it will

I found a couple of mine cracked and I replaced them with some good old fashioned electrical grommets, from the your local Autozone.

Can't recall exactly what size they where, but, you'll have to take them out to replace them anyway, so just take one up to the part shop of your choice and match thickness and diameter. They work very well and I haven't had them give me a days problem.
