Lmao!!

I have never had any good luck with Rugers everyone I've seen or used had been a big POS.

Same here I had a P89 that I enjoyed but jammed (stovepiped) on anything, but FMJ ball ammo. I went ahead and swapped for a Beretta M9/M92. I did not think I would like the Beretta. But the M9 never jams no matter what I shoot in it. My other 9mm is a Llama :p .

The Llama is like the DSM of the pistol world you love them or you really hate them LOL. I love mine it was made in Spain 1943 for the Germans, looks and functions like a govt 45 with no grip safety and is the cats ass. Never jams, and is one of the mosty accurate pistols I have ever had.

It is ugly as sin though. Matter of fact they both are OMG

Me neither, I am not impressed with Rugers AT ALL. Springfield XD is nice, HK USP is nice. Those are prettymuch the only handguns I would consider purchasing at this time. Unless I could find an HK MK23 SOCOM for cheap somewhere ;)

i was reading an online review of the glock vs the xd and the xd slightly outperformed the xd even though the reviewer had been competing with the glock since 1997. they then did a test with about 12 different types of ammo and randomly loaded 3 clips for each gun. the glock jammed 3 times and the xd never jammed once. oh and i also found a place that sells them cheap. still not sure whether or not i want to go with .40 S&W or .357 sig. anybody have any preference between the two?? i'd love it if i could get one chambered for .45 acp

Yup I hadda Glock 19 that was ammo picky too. :(

I would get an XD in 9x19mm if it was for me, and not available in .45. ;)

If I had to choose between .357 SIG and .40 SW. I would get a .40 S&W. A good friend of mine has SiG in .40 and it is a purty sweet shooter.

I really have a mental problem with no hammer, I just can't own a gun that has no hammer.

Well, here's my list:

Firearms:

-Marlin .44/Magnum Rifle (Yes, it's pistol round - it's a lever-action saddle-rifle)
-Winchester .22, 4X Wal-Mart scope (Older than dirt, but holds 16+1 rounds and can plug a shotgun shell at 100 yards)
-Savage .22, 3-10x40 Wal-Mart scope (Almost brand new, but isn't as accurate as my old Win)

Hand weapons:
-Nunchaku (aluminum, ball-bearing swivels)
-USMC K-Bar
-Mace (no, not the spray, the big spiked ball on a chain)
-Benchmade 4'' knife
-20,000V Stun-gun

Miscellaneous:
-Homemade smokebombs, miscellaneous pepper/highly acidic sprays, and some CN grenades (AKA tear gas).

Looking to get (as soon as finances allow):
-HK USP .40
-Remington 700LTR Rifle chambered in .308 Win (20'' fluted heavy bbl)

Because when they come to take them they will get my bullets first. :p

This is what my current situation permits. My FN Heavy Barrell should be in my ownership sometimes soon. Used to have a USP .45 myself... and I think I'd rather have what you have John. Much more practical IMO

- S/W .38 special (full size 6 round)
- .308 British Enfield (WWII) Rifle aka da' Elephant Sniper
- Remington .22 (Vinyl :barf: -- but its nice to give to the GF when we go shooting as well as being a little more useful for rodent protection)

hang onto that .22, those are actually worth some money...i had 2 of them one brown and one black and silver...i actually traded one straight across for a 9mm handgun...its not the greatest but the .22's value went up from when i bought it. I decided to take a pic of the ole closet...i dont hunt much anymore though

Ah, the Nylon 66. What a great gun. Don't dare barf at it, it's a sweetheart.

As the Mossad would tell you, there's plenty of utility in a .22......

Mossberg 12 gauge with pistol grip. Next week Springfield Armory 1911 .45 cal. After that, going after the big boy, the desert eagle .50 chrome plated:cool:

No, i didn't mean that towards Defiant... I meant it that he thought it far more inferior than any rifle he was inclined to shoot at us with it.

Here's a few of the guns I own:shhh:

Pistols:
1860 .44 Cap and Ball
1873 .45 Long Colt
Sig Sauer P229 .40S&W

Rifles (Starting from the bottom):
.54 Thompson Center Muzzle Loader
1866 Henry's .45 Long Colt (Yellow Boy)
Romanian AK 47, Chambered to .223
Lee Enfield No. 1 MK3
.308 Norma Magnum
Ruger M77 22-250
Marlin .22

Sorry I forgot to post pics of my Paint Ball Gun, or my Swords:rolleyes: :p
