are there any good sites out there where i can post a gun for sale? i didn't think it would be appropriate to do here - or is it?
Thanks for

a) staying on topic
b) not using Google to check your local laws, as well as federal laws, concerning the sale of firearms

:nono: ;)

Seriously, read up.

i thought it would be better to post my question here, so it could be answered by fellow gun enthusiasts, rather than to start a new thread. and being a law enforcement officer, i am well versed in the laws of firearms sales.
but forget i asked - i'll never do it again
let's get back to the cc conversation

Don't you HATE thread necromancy?

I went to the gun show last weekend, and despite the cold shoulder the wife has given me since, I am happy with my purchase.

Picked up a Glock22 with a pre-installed Applied Laser Systems trigger-gaurd mounted dot maker. SEEMS to be pretty much on, but time will tell...or rather, the range will tell this weekend. I'm not sure if I'll use this for conceal/carry, but being the large bastard I am, I'm sure I'll be able to. :thumb:

Congratulations on the new addition. My Glock 22 was my first and, to this day, favorite hand gun. Funny how I always hated them for all of their hype and ugliness. Now I don't trust my life to anything but a Glock. Check out the Don Hume holsters. They're a little rough on the inside but, so far, not enough to mess with the finish and besides that it's an awsome holster and I'm pissed that they don't make one for every handgun I own

Well guys I just got my new modified trigger group installed on my "Urban Tactical Rifle" Once the weapon is ready to fire, push the safety forward one click to were burst would be, then all it takes is 1.25lbs of pull. I tested it today and it really made a difference in my shot groups. It suits me very well.

KABOOM! :thumb:

I've always wanted my own little .50 cal... you know, for plinking.

So how does it work on squirrels, gbell? Admit it, we all know you've tried it.

Never tried it on squirrels. It does a number on rocks and cars though. The recoil is surprisingly light because the entire barrel moves back like an artillery piece. The muzzle blast is amazing though. You can't stand to the side of it or the blast will knock you down. Its incredible.

Christ, dude, it IS a friggin artillery piece ROFL

I bet it's fun to use though :D

My flamethrower makes a good 9- 10 foot flame, made it out of a pesticide sprayer. The front tank holds anything flammable. I use it for uhh..... stump removal yeah thats it. :thumb:

Is that a H&K 23? If it is how do you like it?

Hey I was thinking about getting a ruger revolver, where you can swap cylinders between .22LR and .22mag, anyone have experience with it?

I don't think it's a Mk. 23. It's got a USP style trigger guard and the integrated safety/decocking lever. Though I'm curious to know if you've got the silencer for it, ClutchTSI/AWD, and maybe some sound clips? :coy:

The one in that picture is a UPS variant. Here is a picture I took of what a MK23 looks like.
