OK well I had a leak thought I would get back to this. All I did and its really easy and solves the hose hitting the timing belt cover.

Pull out the brass nipple. Drill the hole and tap it for 1/8 npt thats what I did and then teflon a 90* 1/8 npt to hose fitting in the adaptor done deal no leaks. No JB weld and no hitting the cover.

Theres a better way to do the rail fitting, take your stock regulator CUT the top off take out the spring and then your done :) use that for the 90* fitting, because it doesn't leak, and it willpush the little valve out to max so you get FULL fuel flow and then just turn it down with the Weapon-R FPR.... and BOOM! It works no leaks and all that crappyness LOL.

Why would that work? The stock regulator can't bypass enough fuel to keep the pressure down at idle... that's why we replace it with an aftermarket unit. The "full flow" of the stock regulator isn't enough when it's by itself, and putting a perfectly good aftermarket regulator after it isn't going to fix anything.

Just a reminder to everyone. The topic of this post is: "Weapon-R AFPR Installation Pics + How to." NOT "Please tell me what you think I should have bought."

Some of you may have overlooked the point of this thread and now we have about 8 useless posts just like this one, thanks.

Thanks hellotbone for doing this, I know what to expect during my install now.

Just a little update:

I received the proper adapter from Weapon-R, installed it with a nice new Russell liquid filled fuel pressure guage and everything has been great for nearly a year now!
