Water Lines for the Turbo???

i have a gt35r that im hooking up and i want to know the best way to hook up the water lines,theres 3 water lines i could hook it up to,i have a 2g
1. is at the housing by the cap
2.is the line that comes up from the oil filter housing
3. is the big pipe between the block n the turbo and its also next to number 2.

which 2 should i use n do i cap off the other line or does that go some where else
cars been apart so long i forgot and also its not a stock setup anymore,T.I.A.

The one next to the cap goes down to a hard line which I am pretty sure ends up going to the oil cooler. The nipple coming off of the left bend in the big water pipe that runs along the block goes to the turbo. The second line for the turbo comes out of the block below the big water pipe directly behind the compressor cover. Mine has a banjo bolt with a water pipe going to the left. Tried to be as specific as I could. Let me know if you still cant figure it out and maybe I can borrow my g/f camera to snap some pics. As for which is the coolant fee and return I do not know also since mine are looped together eventually ot be blocked off when i get time.

STOCK water locations:

nipple/boss off of the water pipe - stock water return for turbo (front of CHRA, facing radiator)

banjo bolt from block - stock water feed line for turbo (back of CHRA, facing block)

thermostat housing nipple - water line to oil filter housing (independent of turbo)
