Stratford,
I am removing my T25 to replace with a 16g, I am finding that my water feed line is capped off and my return line is cut. I do not know where my return line is to go. Do I need my water lines to run my 16g? The guy who owned the car before me did install a bigger turbo but removed it months before I bought it. The t25 that is on it is fine with no shaft play or oil leak. I have put 50,000km on it myself. If I need to use my water lines can someone please tell me where my return line is to lead and connect to?

Thank-You

You must have a turbo timer for the T25 to last that long without water. OMG One of the lines comes from the main water pipe just as it connects to the water neck and the other comes from the block. You should be able to see a banjo bolt right under the water line just to the left of the turbo. Usually you just loop the two connections (check out my FPgreen install pic for the looped line) but without pics it's hard to say what was done. I would recommend watercooling your 16G if you want it to last a long time. Too bad the previous owner did a half-ass job re-installing the T25.
