Wastegate stuck open or closed? can i fix?

If you build TONS of boost its closed. If you build next to no boost, its open. Get a new wastegate actuator....or post more info.

Pressurize the WG to more than 10lbs and see if it opens..

looks like its catching on the inside of the housing,a buddy of mine had this happen and i just ported it out a little and it stopped.

are u on the OC? Now it doesnt go to 25psi just 20psi, but in 4th it had a little fuel cut, should port the o2 housing? if so can i get a link how to do it.

WG pressure, it might still be getting stuck, ohiocustoms.com is the oc ## car looks identical to someone on there.

negative on the ohiocustoms thing....it sounds like it sticking closed check your vaccum lines,look to see if the intake hose is crimping it any.
