Ok so i got my hose from waste gate directly hooked up to my j pipe and im hitting fuel cut on a 16g on 510 injectors wtf isnt that supposed to run stock psi it was running fine untill all of a sudden boom way more hp and boost and fuel cut around 5k rpms ould my downpipe being unhooked cause anything?

If you are running open down pipe you will not have stock boost. Yes it should run stock boost with the line directly on the j-pipe. When your downpipe in unhooked your exhaust is flowing so fast it goes right by the wastegate hole. Since it does this it hits the turbine wheel which makes the turbo create more boost. Thats what boost creep is.

alright i appreciate it very much thank you can this this be solved with a boost controller or should i just hook my downpipie back up?

Boost controller won't do anything for it. When you put a boost controller on the car it will raise boost since it limits the amount of air the wastegate will see. The only ways to get rid of it are external wastegate with a small psi spring in it, put the rest of the exhaust on, get a bigger turbo, or port the turbine housing. If you do the porting you might still have to do one of the others that I mentioned. I would just put the exhaust back on.

Wouldn't porting the turbine housing make it worse? You would want to port the wastegate path both on the turbo and the O2 housing. I would suggest this and put an exhaust on.

That is what I ment by porting it. He could also port the inlet and if he did a good job with the wastegate passage then it will control the boost still.

Yeah i had boost creep with my car till i did an external gate. The 3 inch turbo back killed my t-25 instantly. I had no boost gauge for a while after i got my evo 3 and it was reading 27 psi when i finally hooked it up. (Long story short some one rebuilt my car with n/t pistons and i didnt know it) I had all supporting mods and 3inch turboback but i dont understand how it wasnt knocking like hell. it was weird. If all else fails spend a lil money and go for the external wastegate so you have it when it comes time to up grade.

The other option not mentioned yet and which depends on just how high you're creeping...is to upgrade so that you can safely run that higher level of boost. If you already planned on pushing 22psi and that's what it's creeping to, and you have the funds to go there now (usually it ain't cheap...injectors (510s won't take you much farther than stock), fuel controller (DSMlink, AEM EMS if you go past 660s), plugs (LOL...$2/ea), FP, AFPR, maybe ARP headstuds, maybe HG), that's another option for you. The other options have been covered. Pick the one that best suits you.

Problems been Solved And FIXed Running 15 psi right now and yes i have both dsm link setup and aem ems and ems is forsale right now on forums

yes the exhasut is hook back up now and future plans are a 3inch turbo back hope someone will trade me some parts for my aem ems setup! alls i want is an exhasust and fmic kit for it in trade thats all im not asking too much

I did alot of research about exhaust systems. Alot of people have been very pleased with some of the ebay one's. I pickedup a cat back for 60 bucks and 80 to ship. Then a down pipe for 40 and 50 to ship. So I got a turbo back less than 250.... That could be and option.
