I have an internal wastegate and it has 2 openings. like two places to hook up vacume lines. anyone know what the second one if for? also my BOV has a vacume hook up with nothing attached to it. should i look and see if there is a place on my intake manifold to hook one up?

^ Agreed, pictures would help a ton. You sure it's internal and not external? I've personally never seen an internal wastegate actuator with two ports.

For most external wastegates with two ports, the lower port is what gets a vacuum/boost signal. However, this may not be the case if yours is actually an internal gate.

For most aftermarket BOV's, the upper port is what gets a vacuum/boost signal. The lower port is typically just for faster response. But again, yours could be different.

this is the only pic i have

I cant make that pic any bigger or zoom in..But I do see one what looks like vacume line going to the WG. And there does appear to be another nipple for a vac line..420a guys please chime in..

From what I have seen the lower nipple is left open just like you have in your picture. I'm not sure what it can be used for, but I have seen them left open just like yours is. Not sure about the bov... Would have to see a better picture of that to see what's going on.:)
