I did a boost leak test today on my intake manifold, and it failed because the waste gate actuator let out pressure it wont hold even 1psi. does that mean its broken because when i drive my car it feels like I'm dragging a anchor on the back.

If you can pressure test the WGA and find a leak, the WGA is bad. It should be air-tight.

ok because it was leaking at the WGA base right where the arm comes out.....also when u twist the arm what mean what when u do it???should it be tight or lose ??

correct me if im wrong but doesn't that mean that the diaphram is broken?
