So, I have the opportunity to grab a complete w4a32 setup for extremely cheap, but everyone appears to steer clear of them like the plague. My question is: what part of this particular transmission causes it to be so much weaker than the w4a33? Is it the planetaries, clutch packs?
This is out of a 96 summit awd wagon, and I can get all the pieces needed, and if none of it works I can sell it or junk it and not be out much money at all.
So, anyone got some in depth information on the differences? Please don't respond with "just get a w4a33" or "its junk don't bother". Im looking for actual info, differences and reasons.
