I want to run a water to air intercooler setup but I want to see what I can get away with. I plan on eliminating most of my unneeded coolent lines so I will be getting rid of the back of the water pipe and the heater core line as well.

Now, if both of these are done on my setup, can I get away with running a half sized radiator or will I over heat?

You're question seems a little bit odd to me. An air to water intercooler set up should have no effect on the cooling system itself. The intercooler does not use the engine's coolant or any related parts. There will be a separate pump, lines, cooler, reservoir, etc for the intercooler. Why are you planning to run a half sized radiator? What will you be using the car for mainly?

Been to az in the summer damn its hot, but i would run your system and see, then you will know if all esle is good. I may be just fine.

Street/Drag car but I figured it out. I should be fine from another person who runs a similar setup.
