VRSF intercooler install

I'm currently working on getting my inter cooler bolted up so i have everything aligned and right for when it comes time to bolt it up and throw the bumper on. That's a long time from now, but I'm currently waiting on parts to finish other things before i get around to the front end of the car, and quite frankly I'm getting bored .

So, I wont be using the crash bar. My car was hit on the driver side, by the headlight. I have to pull the driver side a 1/2 inch to true it. The frame isn't kinked, its just the rad support. I will get into that another time, it isn't as bad as it sounds.

When I trimmed the passenger side to fit the pipe through, the core was hitting the power steering cooler and the pipe was hitting the wire harness and wouldn't fit right. I had to relocate the power steering cooler, and the wiring harness for the alternator/fans. So, this is as far as I got . Hopefully when its bolted up it will be true and level.

Basicly, I had to move the cooler behind where its originally bolted, grind where the lines hit, then tap the original hole for a bigger bolt to secure the cooler lines.

That is not the final resting place for the harness. i still have to clean it up and secure it to the frame.
